What is the theme for Reformation 2025?

The theme for Reformation Experience 2025 is Global Shift: Architects of the Future!

 

Where will the Reformation Experience 2025 take place?

The Reformation Experience 2025 location will be shared in an email to confirmed guests. It is in Atlanta, GA

 

What are the dates for Reformation 2025?

The full dates for Reformation are July 18-July 20th. Here is a schedule of events:

 

Can I register on-site for Reformation 2025 events?

On-site registration is for Sunday Service ONLY, and is only for Patrons.  All other events require electronic registration prior to the commencement of the Reformation Experience.

Will there be a Virtual Streaming Option? If so, what is the fee? 

Sunday Service will be streamed for Patrons ONLY.

 

Can I live-stream or take a long video during the event for social media or personal use?

No, this is a private event. Only approved media will be allowed to capture this event. Pictures or very short videos will be allowed. The hashtag for Reformation 2025 will be provided closer to the date of the event.

 

Can my family or other guests attend the events?

Events are for qualified guests only. Sunday Service is open to ALL active Patreon account holders.  Anyone ages 18 and over must have a Patreon account. Children under the age of 18 do not need a Patreon account BUT must be accompanied by an active Patreon (parent, guardian or caregiver) who is 18 and older for Sunday Service. 

 

Are we required to attend all events?

We strongly encourage guests to attend and participate in ALL events. There will be ample time allotted to partake in leisure activities.

 

What is the dress code?

Sunday Instruction: Wear cultural attire representing nations around the world — especially African, Arabian, Asian, and Indian styles. (This encourages global consciousness, flow, and honors world cultures.)

There is no dress code for other days.

 

What are the conference COVID protocols? Are masks required?

The MBN Network will not be Covid testing this year. We ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well and that you mask according to your comfort level. 

 

Who do I contact in the MBN Network if I have a medical emergency during Reformation Experience?

Call the hotel. 

 

Will there be designated seating for the visually impaired and people with hearing loss?

Yes, please let us know ahead of time and we will make sure you have the proper accommodations.

 

Will meals be provided? 

Yes. Please see the schedule indicating the day and the corresponding provided meal.

Friday Morning = Breakfast Buffet for Qualified Guests

Saturday Morning = Breakfast Buffet 

Sunday Afternoon = Lunch Buffet for Celestial Circle

 

Will shuttle service be provided to and from the airport or for the Friday event?

No. 

 

What are my anticipated spending funds?

If you are participating in the Financial Wellness Plan, this is the perfect time to tap into your Vacation/Pilgrimage account to experience all that Atlanta has to offer. You will also be responsible for various meals and activities (other than what was explicitly stated is provided above) throughout the duration of The Reformation Experience. 

 

Hotel Specific

 

How do I check into my hotel room?

Please bring a current or valid government-issued ID to check in at the hotel. If your room is covered, and you do not receive your hotel confirmation from the hotel by 7/8/25, please contact Erica/ MBN.

 

Does the hotel validate parking? 

Self-parking and valet are available. Guests are responsible for fees associated with parking. The cost to park at the hotel vary:

Valet Parking: Overnight parking is $57.00 per vehicle,

Event parking is $34.00 for the day.

 

Self-Parking in Garage:  Self pay only cash or credit card – cannot be billed to any account.

0 – 30 minutes:    $ 3.00

31-60 minutes:    $ 6.00

61-120 minutes:  $12.00

121-180 minutes:  $18.00

Daily Max:           $20.00

Overnight:             $35.00

 

What is the incidental rate charge? 

The incidental rate is $250 (one time fee). The hotel suggests using a credit card instead of a debit card because the money is not on hold as long. 

 

How early can we check-in into the hotel? / What time is the hotel checkout?

Hotel check-in is at 3pm. If you arrive before check-in time, you can check your bags with the hotel. You can also contact the hotel ahead of time to notify them of your arrival time and they will work with you to get an earlier check-in time (not guaranteed). 

Hotel check-out is 12pm. If your flight is late after check out, you can check your bags with the hotel.

 

Can my room be upgraded? 

Because we have such a large room block, the answer is likely no. However, guests are responsible for all charges associated with room upgrades.

 

How do I get a refrigerator in my room?

Call guest services and they will deliver one to you. (Make sure you mention that it has to be for medicine for it to get approved). 

 

The Experience Specific

 

How is the weather in Atlanta around the time of the Reformation Experience?

Atlanta’s weather is typically hot and humid during this time of year.  Also, it is not uncommon to experience a few rain showers, so bring an umbrella just in case.  Please check your weather app at least one week prior to arrival and frequently throughout each day while at the Reformation Experience.

 

Where do you suggest I eat before church service on Sunday?

Keep in mind, the Reformation Experience begins at 8am, so prepare accordingly.  The following places are open and within walking distance and less than 5 miles of the hotel:

What activities do you suggest I do when I’m down here?

Shopping

Phipps Plaza (close to the Whitley hotel; a mix of high and mid-end)

Lenox Square (very close to the Whitley, similar to Phipps)

Buckhead Village  (near hotel; mix of high and mid-end)

Perimeter Mall (everyday things for everyone – near Target, Burlington, TJ Maxx and Ross)

Activities

The Georgia Aquarium (special pricing for the summer months)

The High Museum of Art (reasonably priced and has beautiful paintings/sculptures)

Grant Park (free to enter and filled with live music and great restaurants)

The Beltline (very artistic area; provides a scenic view with a lot of beautiful murals and also good for those who love scouters – there is a bike trail)

Six Flags (there is a fee for admission)

The New Black WallStreet (pretty far BUT a great experience and it is nothing but black owned stores and this is historic)

Atmosphere

Vision Restaurant & Rooftop (Hookah bar – I have never been but the reviews seem favorable)

Haven Lounge (also has hookah, dancing, and drinks)

A spa day that is reasonably priced and has the right ambience:

Walk over to Treat Your Feet or Uber to the Atlanta Colonic & Massage for a great massage, detox and solitude

Get a mani, pedi, or eyebrows done at Hammond Nails of Buckhead

Come back to your room and order room service, then chill!

A fun day at the Georgia Aquarium

Uber over to see some great displays, for those who love the aquarium, this is a great spot for couples or families.

Grab lunch at Sweet Georgia Juke Joint for a wonderful brunch and live entertainment, you won’t regret it!

A day of food, shopping, and fun

Walk over and spend the day at Phipps or Lenox Square

Eat a late lunch/ early dinner at North Italia

Go see a late movie at AMC Theatres next to Lenox Square

Exploring art

Walk or Uber to the High Museum Art gallery
